The name of a mushroom similar to the Amitake mushroom. Its cap is shaped like a round bun with curled-back edges, resembling a boar's mouth, hence the name. There are many species, including Suillus luteus , S. grevillei , Boletinus cavipes , B. pictus , and Boletus calopus . Common characteristics include a fleshy texture, numerous small holes on the underside of the cap, and basidiophores growing densely on the inner surface of the holes.

アミタケに近いキノコの呼び名。傘の形はまんじゅう形で，縁がそり返った形がイノシシの口に似ているので，この名がつけられたという。ヌメリイグチ Suillus luteusをはじめとして，ハナイグチ S. grevillei，アミハナイグチ Boletinus cavipes，ベニハナイグチ B. pictus，アシベニイグチ Boletus calopusなどいろいろの種がある。共通する性質は肉質，傘の裏に無数の小孔を生じ，その孔の内面に担子器を密生することなどである。
