This is the daily organ of the Soka Gakkai. It was first published on April 20, 1951, and was a quarterly publication at the time, but became a daily publication in July 1965. In addition to its headquarters in Tokyo and Osaka, the organization has many branch offices and bureaus throughout the country, and also has its own distribution network organized nationwide.
