Palpitations - palpitations
Palpitations. A state in which the heart beats strongly and the heart rate increases significantly. It can be caused by mental excitement, fever, exercise, overwork, heart disease, etc. An irregular heartbeat can also be felt as palpitations. People with neurocirculatory asthenia complain of palpitations even with light movement.

動悸とも。心臓の鼓動が強く,心拍数が著明に増加した状態をいう。精神的興奮,熱病,運動,過労,心臓病などの原因によって起こる。心拍の不整を動悸と感ずることもある。神経循環無力症の人は,軽い動作でも動悸を訴える。
