Also, the state of being angry. Tantrum. Rage. → To be angry. ※Humorary book, Ukiyoburo (1809-13), 3 “You may be verbose , but you never say anything annoying.” [Eloquence] (1) “虪” is a Japanese character. “Shaku” is the Go-on pronunciation of “集” (tsuku). It was considered to be an illness peculiar to women (and occasionally to handsome men and female impersonators), caused by the accumulation of hardships. The psychological element expanded, and expressions such as “I get annoyed,” “I get annoyed,” and “I get annoyed” were born.
(2) There is a similar disease called " kan, " which occurs in children. Both diseases were believed to be caused by insects inside the body. The combination of the two, "kan," means exclusively to be annoyed and get angry.

(2)類似の病に「癇(かん)」があるが、こちらは子供におこるものをいう。ともに、体内にいる虫がおこすと信じられていた。二つをあわせた「癇癪」は、もっぱら気に障って腹をたてることをいう。
