A proclamation - a secret
〘Noun〙 (Meaning "words of remembrance". Formerly called "shinohikoto") Words of longing for the deceased and speaking to their spirit of merits and deeds done in life. Speech of condolence for the dead. Sinubigoto. Rui. Ruishi. ※Shoki (720), August 14th year of Emperor Bidatsu ( Maeda Honin) "The emperor fell ill and collapsed in the great hall. 〘 noun 〙 The act of mourning the dead, praising the meritorious deeds of the deceased while they were alive, and expressing condolences.
