3 volumes. Date of creation unknown. List of Kurodo appointed between Emperor Saga and Emperor Gonara. For each emperor, the list includes the head Kurodo and fifth-rank Kurodo's official position, rank, and name, and notes for the dates of appointment or transfer are written below each person. Included in Gunsho Ruiju. Volumes 1 and 2 of this book contain a colophon written by Hirohashi Kanehide (1506-67) in 1522, and it is believed that Volume 3 was continued by Kanehide.

3巻。成立年代不詳。嵯峨天皇～後奈良天皇の間に補任された蔵人一覧。天皇歴代ごとに，蔵人頭および五位蔵人の本官，位階，姓名を列記し，各人の下に補任，転任などの年月日を注記している。『群書類従』所収。本書の1，2巻には大永2 (1522) 年広橋兼秀 (1506～67) 書写の奥書があり，第3巻は兼秀により書き継がれたものと推測されている。
