A book that records the beginning of negotiations between China, Song, and Jin. Written by Xu Mengxin of the Southern Song Dynasty. 250 volumes. Completed in 1194 (5th year of Shaohsi). The book covers three Song dynasties: Huizong, Qinzong, and Gaozong, hence the title.
