A town in central Myanmar, located about 50 km southwest of the ancient city of Bagan. There are many Buddhist temples, including Yosoo Monastery, which features excellent wood carvings, and Shinbin Maharabaman Temple, which houses a lacquered Buddha statue, and it is designated as a cultural heritage protection area.
