Paper made with long fibers of hand-torn kozo (paper mulberry) scattered on the jigami (*1) to create a cloud-like pattern is called Unryu paper. It is also called Taitenshi or Striated paper. 手でちぎった楮〔こうぞ〕の長い繊維を地紙(※1)に散らせて雲のような模様をあらわしている紙を、雲竜紙と呼びます。大典紙〔たいてんし〕、筋入り紙とも呼ばれてます。着色した繊維を用いるものを色雲竜紙、数種類の着色繊維を用いるものを多色雲竜紙といいます。
