Mixed chancre

Chancroid is a mixed infection of chancroid and syphilis. Chancroid first appears as a painful sore on the vulva 2-3 days after infection, followed three weeks later by a hard lump (chancre), the primary symptom of syphilis, in the same area.

軟性下疳と梅毒の混合感染による下疳。感染後2、3日で外陰部に痛みのある潰瘍(かいよう)として、まず軟性下疳の症状が出現したのち、3週間後に同じ部位に硬いしこりとして、第1期梅毒の症状である硬性下疳ができる。
