Alaric [I] - Alaric
King of the Visigoths (reigned 395-410). He ravaged Thrace and Greece in the Eastern Roman Empire, invaded Italy in 401 and 408, sacked Rome in 410, and attempted to cross from southern Italy to Africa, but was killed in a storm.
