Takatsu
[1] The name of a place in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture. It is said to be an area associated with Kakinomoto no Hitomaro, and Kakimoto Shrine is located there. Takatsuno. [2] The old name of Hoenzaka-cho, Chuo Ward, Osaka City and the surrounding area. In ancient times, Emperor Nintoku's imperial palace (Takatsumiya) was located there. [3] One of the administrative districts of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Apart from the lowlands on the right bank of the Tama River, most of the area is located in the Tama Hills. Inland industries such as electrical equipment are carried out in the lowlands, and residential development is progressing in the hilly areas along the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. It was established in 1972, and Miyamae Ward was separated in 1982.

Kouzu Cowzu [Takatsu]

[1] The name of the area south of the Dotonbori River, which straddles Chuo Ward and Tennoji Ward in Osaka City. Takatsu Shrine is located there. [2] An abbreviation of "Kouzu no Miya (Takatsu Shrine)." *Ukiyo-zoshi, Koshoku Ichidai Onna (Amorous Life of a Woman ) (1686), vol. 2 "Even so, tonight is the summer Kagura of Takatsu , and even if the luck is bad, there will be no less than eighty people."

[一] 島根県益田市の地名。柿本人麻呂ゆかりの地といわれ、柿本神社がある。高角。[二] 大阪市中央区法円坂町およびその付近一帯の古名。古代、仁徳天皇の皇居(高津宮)があった。[三] 神奈川県川崎市の行政区の一つ。多摩川右岸の低地のほかは大部分が多摩丘陵にある。低地では電気機器など内陸型の工業が行なわれ、東急田園都市線沿線の丘陵地帯では住宅地化がすすんでいる。昭和四七年(一九七二)成立、同五七年宮前区を分離した。

こうづ カウづ【高津】

[一] 大阪市中央区、天王寺区にまたがる道頓堀川から南側の地名。高津宮がある。[二] 「こうづのみや(高津宮)」の略。※浮世草子・好色一代女(1686)二「然も今夜は高津(カウツ)の夏神楽、仕合がわるくとも、八十もまふけがあらふ物と」
