Ame no Minakanushi no Kami

Japanese: 天御中主神 - あめのみなかぬしのかみ

The name of a god in Japanese mythology. Along with Takamimusubi-no-Kami and Kamimusubi-no-Kami, he is one of the three gods of creation. He was the first god to appear in Takamagahara, and established the foundation of Japanese kingship. In the Middle Ages, he was revered in Ise Shinto and developed into a god at the center of the universe. He was also worshipped as a syncretized god with Myoken Bodhisattva.
