...As the need for technology to utilize the new places of the ocean and space came to be recognized, ocean development was taken up in the same sense as the development or development of unexplored lands, and the term space development was born from the commonality of advanced technology in unexplored new environments. However, the English translation of space development is very rarely used, and space exploitation is more common. Space development originally means the human use of outer space and celestial bodies, but looking back at the history of the past, it tends to be interpreted as the development of technology for this purpose, that is, the development of artificial satellites and rockets, and generally, without any distinction between the two, it seems to be interpreted as the entire activity of human advance into space as space development.
