A haiku poet from the mid-Edo period. His family name was Emori. He was also known by the pseudonyms Sakyo and Takesu. He was from Kyoto. He learned haiku from Buson and Japanese classics from Arakida Hisaoyu . His later works include the "Gekkyo Shichibushu." He was born in 1757-1824 (7th year of the Horeki era - 7th year of the Bunsei era ). 江戸中期の俳人。江森氏。別号、些居・竹巣など。京都の人。俳句を蕪村に、国学を荒木田久老(あらきだひさおゆ)に学んだ。後人の撰に「月居七部集」がある。宝暦七~文政七年(一七五七‐一八二四)
