Resultant aggravation - Resultant aggravation
A crime in which the punishment is increased by the severity of the consequences that occur when a crime is committed that is more severe than expected. For example, a crime involving injury resulting in death may be committed if the victim unexpectedly dies as a result of the crime.

〘名〙 ある犯罪行為をした際に、予期した以上の重い結果が発生してしまった場合、その重い結果により刑が加重される犯罪。たとえば、傷害罪を犯したところ、思いもかけず相手が死亡してしまった場合の傷害致死罪など。けっかてきかちょうはん。
