Silica fertilizer (silica fertilizer)

This fertilizer contains silicic acid as its active ingredient, and contains 20% or more soluble silicic acid and 25-30% or more alkali. Silica fertilizer is made by crushing slag (slag) produced when smelting iron and other metals. The maximum content of heavy metals that can be mixed in is regulated as 0.4% nickel, 4.0% chromium, and 1.5% titanium. The raw materials currently used for silicate fertilizer are powdered iron slag, ordinary steel slag, stainless steel slag, ferromanganese slag, silicomanganese slag, ferronickel slag, nickel slag, ferrochrome slag, magnesium slag, silicified lime slag, phosphorus slag, wollastonite, and lightweight aerated concrete. ケイ酸を有効成分とする肥料で，可溶性ケイ酸を20％以上，アルカリ分25～30％以上を含んでいる。ケイ酸肥料は鉄をはじめ各種の金属を製錬するときにできるスラグ(鉱滓（こうさい）)を粉砕してつくられる。混入する重金属の最大含有限度としてニッケル0.4％，クロム4.0％，チタン1.5％が規定されている。現在ケイ酸肥料の原料となっているのは，製銑鉱滓，普通鋼鉱滓，ステンレス鉱滓，フェロマンガン鉱滓，シリコマンガン鉱滓，フェロニッケル鉱滓，ニッケル鉱滓，フェロクロム鉱滓，マグネシウム鉱滓，ケイ化石灰鉱滓，製リン残滓，ケイ灰石，軽量気泡コンクリートの各粉末である。
