Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs - Kù lún ban shì dà chén

Japanese: 庫倫辦事大臣 - クーロンべんじだいじん（英語表記）Kù lún bàn shì dà chén

A military officer in the Qing Dynasty of China. He was stationed in Kulun (now Ulaanbaatar) in Outer Mongolia under the command and supervision of the Lifanyuan, and was in charge of negotiations with Russia and trade affairs. He also handled border affairs in cooperation with General of Heilongjiang and General Uriyastai, the deputy general of the border. Established in 1762 (27th year of the Qianlong era). The office was mandated to have two members, but in practice the Manchu Minister of State, selected from the Manchu ministers in Tokyo, held full power. [Wakamatsu Hiroshi]
