〘Noun〙 (In ancient times it was "Kunishinohiuta") Songs written in remembrance of one's homeland. Kuninubiuta. ※From the Kojiki (712) "These songs are Kuninoshinohiuta (songs of longing for one's homeland) " [Additional note] The three songs recorded in the Kojiki as songs of longing for one's homeland by Yamato Takeru no Mikoto are considered to be songs by Emperor Keikō in the Shoki. Originally, they were thought to be songs of longing for one's homeland, with the intention of praising "shinobu", but perhaps they were written as "Kokuka" or "Konohana" as songs of longing for one's homeland based on the story.
