Anilide

Japanese: アニリド

A general term for amides in which one hydrogen atom of the amino group _-NH2 of aniline is replaced with an acyl group. Representative examples include acetanilide (R = _CH3 ) and benzanilide (R = _C6H5 ). They are made by reacting aniline with an acid anhydride or acid _chloride . They are generally crystalline compounds that are poorly soluble in water, and are used as crystalline derivatives to confirm carboxylic acids in the qualitative analysis of organic compounds. When heated in dilute hydrochloric acid or an alkaline aqueous solution, they are hydrolyzed to become aniline and carboxylic acid.

アニリンのアミノ基－NH₂の水素原子1個をアシル基で置換したアミドの総称。代表的なものにアセトアニリド(R＝CH₃)，ベンズアニリド(R＝C₆H₅)がある。アニリンに酸無水物または酸塩化物を作用させて作る。一般に水に難溶の結晶性化合物であり，有機化合物の定性分析においてカルボン酸の確認のための結晶性誘導体として利用される。希塩酸またはアルカリ水溶液中で加熱すると加水分解されてアニリンとカルボン酸になる。
