〘 noun 〙 A medal given to those involved in a certain event. ※The Constitution Promulgation Commemorative Medal Established (Meiji 22) (1889) Article 2: "The commemorative medal shall be distributed only to those below the rank of prince who are involved in the Constitution promulgation ceremony."
