Perissodactyla, Equidae. A wild donkey also known as the Tibetan wild ass. It grows to about 1.2m in height. Its closely related species include the Kulan and the Onager . Its population is extremely small and it is an internationally protected species. 奇蹄目ウマ科。チベットノロバともいわれる野生のロバ。体高約 1.2m。近縁の種にクーラン，オナガー E. onagerなどが知られる。生息数はきわめて少く，国際保護動物に指定されている。モンゴル，チベット，シッキム，ネパールなどに分布する。
