Peacock Fern

A summer-green fern of the Capillaria family found in temperate to subtropical regions around the world, growing in forests and other places. It is sometimes planted in gardens. The petiole is purple-brown and wiry. The leaves are compound leaves with a unique shape resembling a peacock's feather, with the axis bifurcating several times, one side of which is pinnately compound.
