Sky Garden - Kuchuuteien

Japanese: 空中庭園 - クウチュウテイエン

A series of short stories by Mitsuyo Kakuta. Five stories were serialized in the magazine "Bessatsu Bungeishunju" in 2002, and one new story was added to them to make a book in the same year. It depicts the complex human relationships of a family living in a suburban housing complex in a straightforward manner. It won the 3rd Fujin Koron Literary Award in 2003. It was made into a film in 2005.
A novel by Shinichiro Nakamura. The first half of the story was serialized in the Bungei magazine in 1963. The second half was added and published in 1965.

角田光代の連作短編小説。平成14年（2002）「別冊文芸春秋」誌で連載された5作品に、書き下ろし1作品を加えて同年単行本化。郊外の団地に暮らす家族の複雑な人間模様を淡々と描く。平成15年（2003）、第3回婦人公論文芸賞受賞。平成17年（2005）映画化。
中村真一郎の小説。昭和38年（1963）、「文芸」誌に前半部分を連載。後半部分を書き足して、昭和40年（1965）に刊行。
