Sake from Shiga. The name of the sake comes from "Konki Castle", another name for Hikone Castle. It is made using traditional methods and all the sake is pressed in wooden tanks. There are Junmai Ginjo, Junmai, and Honjozo varieties. The rice used is Tamae and Nihonbare. The brewing water is from underground water in the Suzuka Mountains. 滋賀の日本酒。酒名は彦根城の別称「金亀(こんき)城」に由来。伝統製法を守り、全量木槽で搾られる。純米吟醸酒、純米酒、本醸造酒などがある。原料米は玉栄、日本晴など。仕込み水は鈴鹿山系の伏流水。蔵元の「岡村本家」は安政元年(1854)創業。所在地は犬上郡豊郷町吉田。
