This site is located in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province, Korea. It spans the Plain Pottery Period (Bronze Age) to the Three Kingdoms Period, and was excavated in 1920 and 1934-1935. It contains dolmens, box-shaped stone coffin tombs, and joint-mouth jar tombs from the Plain Pottery Period, as well as remains of dwellings and shell mounds from the Proto-Three Kingdoms Period. In the shell mound, fragments of red-dyed, gray-dyed, and Silla pottery, iron axes, knives, and ironware have been discovered. Other discoveries include a coin spring, carbonized rice grains, and glass dates, which are of great significance for determining the age of the site, proving the existence of agriculture, and proving trade with the continent.
