A diagram that quantitatively organizes and illustrates climate data. One example is a diagram that classifies the climate into several weather types and shows the seasonal changes in the occurrence rate of each type. Other examples of climate diagrams include the hysagraph, which shows the seasonal changes in the combination of temperature and precipitation on a coordinate system with the two axes, and the climograph, which similarly uses temperature and relative humidity.
