"The Origin of Christianity" - Kirishitankongenki

...Author unknown. This is a summary of the anti-Christian popular book "Kirishitan Gengenki," whose author and date of publication are unknown. The absurd world geography, including the Christian countries of Nanban, was rewritten in "Ka-i Tsusho Ko," written by Nishikawa Nyoken in 1695 (Genroku 8). This book was widely used by intellectuals in the Edo period, and was widely circulated as a book of factual writing to educate the masses.
