She is said to be the daughter of Sakakiri, the granddaughter of the first Kiri-Cho-Kiri. In 1630, she gave a female dance performance at Nakabashi in Edo, and in 1661, she founded the Kiri-za troupe in Kobiki-cho, Edo.
