...Public interest corporations require permission from the competent authorities (Article 34), while profit-making corporations are automatically recognized as corporations if they create an organization that meets the requirements of the law (Article 52 of the Commercial Code). The former is called the permission system, and the latter is called the rule system (whether the requirements are met is examined at the time of incorporation registration). In addition, there are various incorporation methods adopted from the perspective of national policy, such as the patent system, where laws are enacted individually for the incorporation of corporations, as well as other institutions.
