The Ministry of Central Affairs prepares an undated draft of an imperial edict, and after obtaining the Emperor's approval, sends a copy of it to the Dajokan, which then asks the Emperor again for permission to issue it to the world before issuing it. 〘名〙令制で、詔書（宣命を含む）の発行手続中の一段階。天皇が中務省の申請した案に許可のしるしとして日付を親書すること。詔書は中務省が日付を書かない草案を起草し、天皇の許可を経て、この写しを太政官へ送り、太政官はこれを外に向って発布することの許可を再び天皇に求めたうえで発行される。中務省はこれらを案として保存する。かくじつ。かくにち。ごかくにち。〔令義解（718）〕
