Kyorai Ishigemasa

...Minister of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Governor of Mino. Formerly known as Kyouraishi Kagemasa. The Baba clan was a prominent family in Kai, but when Toramasa incurred the wrath of Takeda Shintora and committed seppuku, the family line became extinct. Nobuharu was ordered by Harunobu (Shingen) to succeed the family line.
