From a different perspective, administrative acts are also distinguished from legislative or judicial acts in that they belong to the administration, from acts of supervision and coordination within administrative organizations in that they are directly directed at the people, and from so-called de facto acts (construction of construction sites, the use of force as mentioned above, and so on) that directly cause changes in the factual state in that they are legally regulated acts. In addition, the term administrative act is not used in laws and regulations, and individual names are given to each type of act (see the examples below), and when specifying matters common to various administrative acts, expressions such as "administrative agency disposition" and "administrative disposition" are used.
