Administrative contract - Gyoseijo no keiyaku

A contract is a contract between the state or local governments or between the people and the government. It is also called an administrative contract. Administrative activities are mainly carried out as administrative actions such as orders, permission, and approval, which are the exercise of public power. However, as administrative functions become more diverse and criticism of authoritarian methods becomes stronger, contracts that are established by agreement between the parties are becoming more widely used than ever before.
