In English it is called a candlestick, and in French it is called a chandelier. Strictly speaking, a candlestick is a candle that holds a single candle, and anything larger is called a candelabrum. However, the latter term is not limited to candles, but can also be used to refer to candlesticks for kerosene lamps.
