Khitan ancient land

...The climate was generally warm, with the Angara continent to the north and Gondwana to the south, and the Tethys Ocean in between. In one part of the Tethys Ocean was a continent called Cathaysia (also called Khitan ancient landmass or Cathaysia). The coal seams in northern China date to this period.
