The first festival of the sacred garment weaving ceremony

...The main purpose of this festival is to exchange summer and winter clothing, and the sacred clothing previously donated is removed at each ceremony. In addition to the main festival, a sacred clothing offering ceremony and a sacred clothing offering thanksgiving ceremony are held. In addition to Ise Shrine, many shrines hold this type of ritual, called the "Koromogae Festival" (Kamo-Mioya Shrine, Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, etc.) and the "Onzo Festival" (Atsuta Shrine, Meiji Shrine, etc.).
