Environmental formation - Environmental formation

[Transition Progression]
Succession progresses with changes in the environment. The actions of vegetation that change the environment, such as when plants grow too thick and the community becomes dark, or when underground plant roots or plant remains that have fallen to the ground promote soil formation, are called reactions (environmental formation actions). On the other hand, the effects of the environment on vegetation, such as when water levels drop and lakes and marshes become land, or when soil development differs depending on the type of parent rock, are called actions (environmental actions).
