Inertial resistance

Japanese: 慣性抵抗 - かんせいていこう
Inertial resistance
In a system where Newton's laws of motion hold true, this is the apparent resistance force against the motion of an object. Due to the property of an object remaining at rest or moving at a uniform speed unless subjected to an external force (inertia), this resistance force tries to maintain the previous state as much as possible even when a force is applied to the object. For example, when a train suddenly stops and passengers fall forward. Inertial force
