Pressure-sensitive paper

Japanese: 感圧紙 - かんあつし
Pressure-sensitive paper
A type of paper on which a paint containing very tiny capsules containing a coloring agent is applied to the back of the paper, and when you write strongly with a ballpoint pen, the capsules break and a copy is made onto the paper underneath. Used for slips, application forms, etc. Carbonless paper.
