The academic discipline that is the basis of nursing. With advances in health care, it has been systematized as a modern science. Its content is divided into general theories such as the concept of nursing, nursing techniques, and nursing management, and specific theories such as adult nursing, pediatric nursing, and maternal nursing. Due to the nature of nursing, it is closely related to medicine, especially clinical medicine.
