Kamo-Kai Rokugo

…In 1018 (Kannin 2), eight districts in Atago County were donated to the Kamo Shrine, and of these, four districts, Kamo, Ono, Ono, and Nishikibe, were owned by the Wakeikazuchi Shrine. The four districts were later reorganized to form six districts: Kawakami, Okamoto, Omiya, Koyama, Nakamura, and Ono. These districts were called the Kamo-Keidai Rokugo and formed the backbone of the shrine's territory throughout the Middle Ages. In addition, in 1090 (Kanji 4), more than 600 cho of untransported fields were donated, and Fukuda Manor in Awa Province, Miyagawa Manor in Wakasa Province, Kanazu Manor in Kaga Province, and Azumigawa Mikuriya in Omi Province were established there. …
