In Osaka Kabuki, there was "Kameyama's Revenge in the Seshū region" (first performed at the Naka Theater in July 1728), "Katakiuchi Senjūnosukedachi" (first performed at the Naka Theater in August 1790) by Tokuzō Chikamatsu, and in Edo Kabuki there was "Kameyama's Revenge" (first performed at the Ichimura Theater in May 1752), "Momiji no Nishiki Kameyama Gayoi" (first performed at the Ichimura Theater in September 1776) by Sakurada Jisuke I, and "Keisei Gojin Kagami" (first performed at the Ichimura Theater in September 1776) by Sakurada Jisuke I. These plays were adapted and performed in succession, including "Zumakagami" (first performed at the Nakamuraza in February 1788), "Hanaayame Bunroku Soga" by the first Segawa Jyoko (first performed at the Miyakoza in May 1794), "Reigen Soga no Kamigaki" by the fourth Tsuruya Nanboku (first performed at the Ichimuraza in April 1809), "Miracle Kameyama Hoko" by the same Tsuruya Nanboku (first performed at the Kawarazakiza in August 1822), and "Fujikawa Bunenoriai Banashi". There are many highlights, such as the loyalty of the young actors and the hardships of poverty of their families, and the entire play is full of life.
