Perboric Acid - Kahousan

...A general term for compounds in which the oxygen atom bonded to the boron in boric acid is replaced by a peroxoO ₂ ^2- . It is sometimes mistakenly called perboric acid. The free acid has not been obtained, but several alkali metal salts are known.
