〘名〙① 厳格な規則。鉄則。※伝教大師消息(824‐831頃)「高雄持念闍梨 辱枉金札、深慰下情、歓喜之誠、不面何言」② 閻魔(えんま)の庁で、浄玻璃の鏡にかけて善人と悪人を見分け、善人ならばその名前を記して極楽に送るという金製の札。金紙。きんさつ。⇔鉄札。※浄瑠璃・善光寺(1678)四「かくてゑんま王ぐうには、十五十たいあきらかに、きょくざにうつらせ玉へば、くしゃうじんさゆうに立、こんさつてつさぜんあくのあさきふかきをただし玉ふ」
