Phenomenology of Law (English: Phenomenology of Law)
This is a position and methodology that introduces the phenomenological methods of the German philosopher E. Husserl into the field of legal philosophy, elucidates the essential phenomena of law, and further seeks to base judgments on phenomenology. It is also called phenomenological jurisprudence. It has been advocated by A. Reinach, H. Ysaye, and others.
