The crime of causing the death of another person through negligence. A fine of up to 500,000 yen (Penal Code, Article 210). Those who commit crimes due to professional negligence or gross negligence are punished with imprisonment for up to five years, or a fine of up to 500,000 yen (Penal Code, Article 211).
