Cow leg oil - gyuukyakuyu
A fatty oil made by boiling the meat of a cow's leg with water. After cooling and removing the solid fat, high-quality oils are used as anti-friction oils for precision instruments such as clocks and typewriters, while the more common type is used for finishing leather.
