Student record - Gakusekibo

This is a public register that records the enrollment and status of children and students (such as name, current address, guardian, etc.). It has been implemented in a uniform format nationwide since 1900 (Meiji 33), and was revised in 1938 (Showa 13), but was replaced by the "School Record" in 1949.

学校に在籍する児童・生徒の在学・身分に関する事項（氏名、現住所、保護者等）を記録した公簿。1900年（明治33）から全国統一的な様式によって実施され、1938年（昭和13）の改訂を経るなどしたが1949年以降、「指導要録」に代わられることとなった。
