The right to learn

...Then, by identifying the nature (laws) that run through children's development, the Baconian method, which says that only those who obey nature can command nature, was applied to human nature (humanity), and an "education according to nature" was advocated. Furthermore, the "rights of children," which are distinct from those of adults in the sense that they are the potential states of development, are the rights of children to develop their potential in the future and grow as human beings, and the right to growth and development only has a real meaning when children's "right to learn" is fulfilled. Moreover, if this right is not fulfilled, the exercise of human rights and freedom to pursue happiness after becoming an adult will be meaningless, so the right to learn/education is the core of children's rights and at the same time, it is something that makes fundamental human rights effective, and in that sense it has come to be considered a fundamental human right.
